POLICY

Our Hotels Online Reservation Service does not charge any cancellation fee for rooms that have not been confirmed. However once your room has been confirmed, you are subject to the cancellation policies as explained below.
It must be clearly understood that any changes in policies will always take precedent over the policy stated here. We will of course inform you clearly and completely if this is the case with your booking.

Cancellation Charges :

Applicable on bookings for PANJIM INN,PANJIM POUSADA AND PANJIM PEOPLES,Goa except for the  period between 20th December and 5th jan





14 Days before requested arrival date - Full refund.
Between 14 days & 96 hrs before requested arrival date - 50% Refund
Between 96 hrs & 48 hrs before requested arrival date - 25% Refund
Between 48 hrs of check in - No Refund
In case of No show & Early Check out - No Refund

21 Days before requested arrival date - Full refund.
Between 21 days & 7 days before requested arrival date - 50% Refund
Between 7 days & 96 hrs before requested arrival date - 25% Refund
Between 96 hrs of check in - No Refund
In case of No show & Early Check out - No Refund

 

Administrative Charges : In case of any  refund, administrative charges @ 3% of the total booking amount shall be deducted.

 

NOTE : You must pay very careful attention to any information we pass on to you about this matter if you think that these policies may apply to your booking.

 

Cancellation Procedure : Kindly send us a e-mail /fax for cancellation.We will then confirm the cancellation by e-mail. The refund amount shall be calculated & informed to you as per the cancellation policy. Payments made by credit card will be reversed on the card. Payments made by all other forms will be refunded by cheque, issued within 7 working days of making the cancellation.Refunds may also be made by bank transfer subject to discretion of management.For cancellations done via e-mail/fax, written confirmation from the hotel confirming the cancellation is mandatory.

 

Extension of stay : Be sure to make your reservation for the full duration of your stay. If you do need to extend your booking kindly send us a e-mail/fax and we will get back to you. In case there is availability of rooms your stay shall be extended once you complete the booking process.

 

Shortening of stay : If you do need to curtail your booking kindly send us a e-mail/fax and we will get back to you.Refund will be calculated as per cancellation policy.Payments made by credit card will be reversed on the card. Payments made by all other forms will be refunded by cheque, issued within 7 working days of making the cancellation. Refunds may also be made by bank transfer subject to discretion of management The cheque will be mailed to you.

 

No Show (Non-use of reservation) : In case you do not utilize your reservation and fail to contact us to cancel it in a stipulated time period as specified above, we would not be in a position to return you any amount pertaining to your booking.The hotel will also release your room after the 1sst day for which your booking is confirmed.For example you have a confirmed reservation  for 3 days from 5th to 7th October.The room rate is Rs 2000 and have paid Rs 6000/-.In case you do not show up at the Hotel on the 5th of October and have failed to cancel in the stipulated time ,then none of the Rs 6000/- will be refunded to you.Moreover your room will not be held for the 6th and the 7th of October.
